Rayat International provides travel planning and related services, including vacation packages, hotel accommodations, car rentals, travel insurance assistance, and other travel-related services that may be offered from time to time.

Certain travel products and services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Their own terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions may apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Travel prices, availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates, and supplier conditions may change without notice until a booking is confirmed and, where applicable, payment requirements have been satisfied.

Quotations are based on the information and availability available at the time they are provided. A quotation does not guarantee availability or price until the applicable booking has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting or making a booking, including the correct legal names of travellers as they appear on their travel documents.

Customers should carefully review all booking confirmations, names, dates, destinations, and other travel details and notify Rayat International promptly if any information appears incorrect.

Payment requirements vary depending on the travel product, service, and supplier. Deposits, final-payment deadlines, and accepted payment methods will be communicated where applicable.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until the applicable supplier requirements and payment conditions have been satisfied.

Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds are subject to the rules and conditions of the applicable travel supplier. Supplier fees, fare differences, cancellation penalties, administrative charges, or non-refundable amounts may apply.

Rayat International does not guarantee that a booking will be changeable or refundable. Any refund or travel credit is subject to the applicable supplier's terms and eligibility requirements.

Airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, car rental companies, transportation providers, insurers, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties and are responsible for providing their respective products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rayat International is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, cancellations, service interruptions, or other circumstances caused by independent third-party suppliers or events outside Rayat International's reasonable control.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, permits, identification, and any other documentation required for their journey.

Entry, transit, health, and documentation requirements may change. Travellers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before travel.

Travel involves risks and unexpected circumstances. Appropriate travel insurance may help protect travellers against certain eligible losses or expenses, subject to the applicable policy's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Insurance coverage is provided by the applicable insurer, not Rayat International. Customers should carefully review the applicable insurance policy and coverage information before purchasing insurance.

Travellers are responsible for reviewing relevant government travel advisories, health information, destination requirements, and local conditions before and during their trip.

Travellers are also responsible for arriving at airports, terminals, hotels, rental locations, and other departure or service points within the time required by the applicable supplier.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, travel information, prices, availability, supplier policies, destination requirements, and other information may change.

Website content is provided for general information and should not be considered a guarantee of availability, price, or specific travel arrangements.

Unless otherwise stated, the Rayat International name, branding, website content, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Certain photographs, trademarks, logos, and other materials may belong to third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rayat International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other rights that may apply.

Rayat International may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
